The Brief
A Swedish psychologist practice whose site didn’t reflect inclusivity or meet legal/accessibility duties — rebuilt in WordPress with a coherent brand, WCAG care, GDPR posture, and a booking path clients can trust.
The Situation
The existing site had conflicting design directions and didn’t speak to LGBTQIAA++ clients Kim serves. Booking and legal posture were weak, so the practice looked unfinished online even when the clinical work was solid. Kim needed someone to finish design and build without another identity crisis mid-project.

WordPress kept ownership and cost clear for a solo practice.
GDPR and WCAG were treated as product requirements, not a checkbox pass after launch.

What Changed
The brand reads as one practice. Accessibility and GDPR posture are intentional. Enquiries improved and booking is easier for clients who previously bounced on friction or distrust.

Looking Back
We finished what was already half-built instead of inventing a rewrite for its own sake — the constraint was coherence and compliance under a real calendar, not a blank-canvas portfolio piece.
